Design Contest Rules

DSDC / Kravet Design Contest Rules for Members

1. Entries will be accepted for thirteen months: March 1, 2016 through March 31, 2017.
2. Prizes
   • 1st Place: $1,000
   • 2nd Place: $500
   • 3rd Place: $250
3. The first 10 entries will receive $200 in Gift Certificates
   • $100: Fiber Seal Gift Certficate
   • $100: DSDC Gift Certificate
4. A minimum of 20 submissions are required for cash prizes to be awarded.
5. Design Projects must incorporate 50% Kravet Products (e.g. Kravet, Lee Jofa, Brunschwig & Fil, and Ralph Lauren).
6. 50% refers to viewable products in submission.
7. Submissions will be by email and include a list of products shown. Email submissions to oscar.lupiba@kravet.com.
8. Contest will be based on a 10 point scale, with 2 bonus points if 100% Kravet, Lee Jofa, Brunschwig & Fil, and Ralph Lauren products.
9. Judging will be based on:
   • Overall Design (2 points)
   • Focal Points (2 points)
   • Lines (2 points)
   • Color Palette (2 points)
   • Creativity (2 points)
   • Bonus Points (2 points) – 100% our products
10. Judging will be held by Kravet’s Manhattan Design Studios.
