DSDC Inaugural Dinner Party was held on January 29th , 2015 at The Valencia Hotel in Downtown San Antonio on The Riverwalk. The Zagat-rated Menu ranged from Dry Aged Duck Breast to Applewood Smoked Bacon wrapped Chicken Breast to Crispy Skin Red Snapper. Dessert was macerated blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, figs, and citrus zest served with mascarpone sherbert. The Highlight of The Evening was a “Flamenco Floor Show” performed by “The World Famous – Guadalupe Dance Company” accompanied by a Classical Guitarist and Singers. The Dance Troupe had performed on The Today Show, Good Morning America and The Dallas Cowboys Stadium. “The Flamenco Floor Show” was sponsored by Fiber-Seal.
